The apartment sleeps 2 or 4 - there is one double bed and on request 2 singles. There is a living area with a cooking corner.
With splendid panoramic views facing Lake Bolsena amongst ancient oak trees, and close to art and culture, restaurants, activities for families and the beaches along the lake.
It is an intimate space, but has high ceilings, and is in a panoramic position. (Immersed in unspoilt nature but only 500m from the historic centre and close to the Franciscan Way.) Suitable for couples, singles, business travellers and families with children.
The apartment is found on the first floor of an old farmstead, restored using natural materials typical of the area; it consists of a spacious living room with a kitchen area (fridge, hob, sink); bedroom (double bed and two singles, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and sofa); bathroom with shower; panoramic terrace. For the reconstruction of the ancient farmhouse we used terracotta for the flooring, stone for the kitchen and chestnut wood for the ceilings.
Guests are allowed access to the apartment, to the laundry room (where you can leave dirty linen and do you own washing), the parking lot and the green common area. Bicycles, sports equipment, etc. can be stored in a guarded room.
